Billy Crudup is set to star in 'Eat, Pray, Love' along with Julia Roberts, Javier Bardem, and Richard Jenkins. The 41-year-old actor will play Steven, and will star opposite Roberts who will play his wife Elizabeth Gilbert. After several unsuccessful attempts to have children, Gilbert leaves to travel the world on a quest for self discovery, Variety says.

London British glamour model Katie Price, who often makes news for her drunken antics and revealing outfits wants Hollywood superstar Julia Roberts to play her in a bio-pic. The 31-year-old who was rejected for a role in the upcoming 'Sex and the City' sequel is now planning a movie about her life and wants the 'Pretty Woman' star in the film, reported Sun online.

"I have mentioned that (the film) to my management. I've got another autobiography coming out in October, so I suppose it will be after that," said Price, better known as Jordan. The model who is currently undergoing a messy divorce from husband Peter Andre said that the Oscar winning actress is the best choice to play her in the movie because they had similar hair styles.

While, at first sight, one might not see many similarities between British glamour model Jordan, now known solely as Katie Price, and Hollywood Oscar-winner Julia Roberts, there is more to pairing them together than meets the eye. According to Price, she would love if Roberts played her in a movie, she tells More! Magazine.

As we all know, Price is no longer just a glamour model, having expanded her business empire to include anything from an equestrian clothing line for children, to women’s lingerie and books for all ages. Since she has amassed quite an impressive fortune and perhaps has more stories to tell than a dozen of regular folks put together, Price is also thinking of seeing that a movie is made after her life. And she has even found her actress of choice to play her.

Price’s fourth biography is coming out later this year and, consequently, she’s also seriously considering having a movie made as well. “I mentioned that to my management. I’ve got another autobiography coming out in October, so I suppose it will be after that.” Price tells More! as to when she might start work on her film. Unfortunately, the star refrains from offering more details on what it might be about or other specifics than the name of the actress she’d want in it.

Price, who is releasing her fourth autobiography later this year, revealed that it was after watching Roberts' Oscar-winning performance in the film Erin Brockovich that made her chose the stunning Hollywood star, reports The Mirror.

Price, who’s discussing turning her story into a movie, told More! magazine: "I mentioned that to my management. I've got another autobiography coming out in October, so I suppose it will be after that."

When questioned who would play her in the lead role, she replied: "I'd probably say Julia Roberts - and the reason is, before my career and everything, my hair was really curly.

Jennifer Lopez has denied she is set to take over from Paula Abdul as a judge on American Idol - branding herself "just a fan" of the hit U.S. talent show.

Rumours recently began circulating that the Love Don't Cost a Thing hitmaker was being lined up to step into Abdul's shoes as the lead female panelist after reports suggested the former singer/choreographer had not renewed her contract a following a row over pay.

Speculation heightened after Lopez was spotted dining out with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, who himself has just negotiated a huge pay rise for the new series.

Lopez was reportedly set to be announced as the new judge later this year in time for the eighth season of the popular singing contest.

But the star's representative has refuted the reports, dismissing them as "completely false".

The spokesperson says, "The rumour of Jennifer Lopez throwing herself in the ring to take over for Paula Abdul is completely false. Jennifer loves Idol but just as a fan.

Hazel and Phinnaeus, 4 1/2, and Henry, 2, the 41-year-old Pretty Woman star recently said that she won’t retire from movie-making all together because she feels that work “recharges” her.

"I still find it fun making movies. I jokingly say that it's fun to spend time with people who are more than three and a half feet tall. Going to work recharges me on a whole different level. When I come home to my family,

I'm more enriched. When you're a mum, so much happens within the confines of your home, so when you venture outside for a while, it adds to the colours of your life.”

Based on the best-selling book by Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat, Pray, Love also stars Oscar-winner Javier Bardem. Can’t wait to see this one!

Oscar-nominated actress Viola Davis is eyeing a role in Eat, Pray, Love, a movie adaptation of the famous memoir written by Elizabeth Gilbert.

Should she sign on to the project, she would be playing opposite main character Julia Roberts, Richard Jenkins, and Javier Bardem.

Roberts is set to play Gilbert, a divorcee who embarks on an international journey of self-discovery. On the final leg of her tour, she meets Felipe, played by Javier Bardem.

Jenkins is going to play a Texan that Gilbert meets on an Indian ashram. It is unclear what role Viola Davis will play.

Ryan Murphy, who created the show “Nip/Tuck,” will direct from a script co-written with Jennifer Salt.

Murphy last directed Running with Scissors.  Dede Garner and Brad Pitt are producing through Plan B. Red Om Films is also producing.

After struggling through a divorce, a crushing depression and another failed love, Gilbert found herself alone and empty at the age of 30.

Oscar winner Julia Roberts describes working on writer/ director Tony Gilroy’s romantic caper Duplicity, which reunites her with her friend and former co-star Clive Owen, as a ‘dream scenario.” You worked with Clive on Closer. Did you both decide then that you wanted to work together again?

They paid me loads (laughs) No, I’m kidding, if we can do a movie like Closer and do those scenes together and still be friends I think we deserve to be able to revisit that professional relationship with a bit more fun dialogue.

I  still get to pack mine up with me. Duplicity was an ideal situation because we filmed most of it in New York so my older kids were in school and my baby was with me - it was really a dream scenario. It’s the 20th anniversary of Pretty Woman..

Really? I’m well preserved (laughs) What would the Julia of 1990 make of the career she has subsequently had? I wouldn’t have believed it. I still barely do, truthfully. I’m so continually fortunate that I keep coming across these smart, interesting, creative people who pick me - it’s just stupendous.
