Duplicity begins in Dubai at a party at an Embassy where Claire Stenwick (Roberts) seduces Ray Koval (Owen), takes him back to his hotel room, drugs him, steals his Egyptian air defense codes, and leaves without a second thought. When they meet again, five years later, Koval confronts Stenwick about the humiliation from that night and they both reveal that they are former government agents.

Koval had enjoyed a 12-year tenure with MI6 as a British government spy, while Stenwick worked as a CIA agent. They’ve both taken similar career paths since then, and are currently working at pharmaceutical companies, Koval at Equikrom and Stenwick at Burkett and Randle.

Julia Roberts - Threatens staff if they say bad things about Obama

April 20, 2009 |16:10 | Gossips  By : Team X

Julia Roberts Threatens staff if they say bad things about Obama.

Julia Roberts is such a big fan of Barack Obama that she has threatened to fire any staff that says bad things about him while working for her. "Julia thinks Obama is equal to Jesus Christ," an insider told me. "So, insulting him is like insulting Jesus and she will not put up with that."

Julia has a shrine to Obama in her dining room as well as huge pictures of him in all eight of her bedrooms. She plays videos of Obama for her children every day. "Not everyone in her family is a Democrat but they know to keep their feelings inside," the source says.

While I hold nothing against Barack Obama, I am disgusted by the hypocrisy of these liberal celebrities who complain about freedom of speech, but don't seem to want the same freedom when it comes to going against their beliefs. There is always good news: judging from the box office failure of her latest film, Duplicity, perhaps Julia Roberts won't be working much longer.

Julia Roberts Not Famous AnymoreJulia Roberts has been stricken from the Fame List, after officially not appearing in any movie, TV show, or giving an interview for 17 months and 13 days.

The official fame cut off point is 17 months and 3 days. After a trial that lasted eight days, the Supreme Court ruled yesterday that Roberts was officially not famous anymore. Roberts is reportedly devastated at the ruling and intends to appeal.

Her lawyer spoke to E News straight after the event, saying that the ruling was false and unjust. "Julia gave an interview to Hugh Grant's magazine Horse & Hound just five weeks ago - how can they prove without reasonable doubt that she has not done anything famelike for so long when Hugh Grant stood up to testify that the interview took place? It's a travesty of justice!"

Peanut Butter Sandwiches Put Julia Roberts In Trouble

Reports say Hollywood actress Julia Roberts' love for peanut butter sandwich left her with a bad breath, making it difficult to shoot love scenes with co-star Clive Owen in 'Duplicity'. The 'Pretty Woman' star and Owen have been very good friends since starring in 2004's Closer, and Roberts insists that it made her more comfortable shooting the saucy scenes in their new movie.

However, she often ate peanut butter sandwiches between takes, which forced her to freshen up before filming the intimate scenes. "At least we could talk to each other and say, 'Honey, do you have a mint? I'm sorry but I just had a peanut butter sandwich,'" Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
