It is a rags-to-riches fairy tale that might superficially seem to show what a credit card and some nice clothes can do for a person.

But the film is far more than that. It is an exquisite Romance, and in some ways the perfect film, with instantly recognizable and relatable characters despite their larger-than-life stature; a breezy, quotable script; a fantastic soundtrack; and most importantly.

JULIA ROBERTS' actress niece EMMA ROBERTS is planning a busy 2009 - because she wants to visit Paris, pass her driving test, fall in love and release a photography book - all before she starts college.The 17 year old has revealed she has sent off her applications for college, with a view to furthering her education.

America's leading Hindus have applauded JULIA ROBERTS for showing them respect during a recent trip to the sacred Taj Mahal temple in Agra, India.

The Pretty Woman star and her husband Danny Moder were spotted visiting the tourist attraction last week (ends23Jan09) - and Roberts was photographed sporting a bindi mark on her forehead - which has delighted the Hindu nation.

Julia Roberts, who is seven-months pregnant, has been admitted to a Los Angeles hospital after experiencing early contractions.The actress, expected to give birth to twins in January, was accompanied by husband Danny Moder as she checked into an undisclosed L.A. hospital on Saturday, according to People magazine.

After hooking the actress up to a fetal monitor, doctors determined that Roberts' condition is not serious. Roberts' contractions ultimately subsided, but doctors said they plan to keep the actress under observation for at least a short period of time. Doctors for Roberts, 36, have advised bed rest for the actress until she gives birth.
